All services must be pre-booked through our official channels (website, email, or phone).
We require full payment or a valid guarantee (depending on the service) to confirm your reservation.
Our vehicles are equipped with secure payment systems. You may pay via cash or card directly to the driver when applicable (e.g., additional fees or extras).
Pickups outside the city of Funchal are subject to an additional fee, which varies depending on the distance and location.
This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and must be paid upon pickup.
We accept both cash and card payments on board for your convenience.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows will be considered last-minute cancellations and are also non-refundable.
We understand travel plans may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We offer a 15-minute grace period for delays.
After this period, waiting time fees may apply at a fixed hourly rate.
Please inform us as soon as possible if your schedule changes.
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals who prioritize safety, comfort, and discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
Each vehicle has limited luggage capacity. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with bulky or excess items.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Madeira Lux Move is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, strikes, or accidents.
All our vehicles are fully licensed and insured in accordance with Madeira’s transport regulations.
Passenger safety is our top priority, and we comply with all legal requirements.
We reserve the right to modify the route, itinerary, or vehicle type in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to ensure optimal service delivery.
